Hourly Wage: depends on experience
Assisting in administration of the College of Engineering and Technology/CAEDM Windows computer labs.
Trouble-shooting and installing applications.
Maintaining Windows work stations.
Assisting students with computer problems.
Completing both short-and long-term computer projects.
Excellent knowledge of computer software and hardware.
Excellent knowledge of and extensive experience with MS Windows Desktop OS.
Basic knowledge and understanding of the Windows Registry.
Basic knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP Networking.
Good programming knowledge in one or more of the following: Perl, C, C++, PHP, Java, Pascal, Visual Basic, VBScript, etc.
Good people skills.
Willing to find solutions to tough problems.

Microsoft Terminal Services
Previous Computer Work Experience Preferred
